Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident practising with HerCloser. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get your money back.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
Every paid plan comes with a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy for any reason within 14 days of your first payment, we’ll refund you in full.
2. Your free session is always free
Your first practice session is free and never charged. There’s nothing to refund for the free session — no card is required to try HerCloser.
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@hercloser.com from the address on your account and let us know you’d like a refund. That’s it — no forms, no hoops.
4. When you’ll get it
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.
5. Annual plans
If you’re on an annual plan and request a refund after the 14-day window, we’ll issue a prorated refund for the unused, full months remaining in your term. The current and already-used months are not refunded.
6. After 14 days (monthly plans)
After the 14-day guarantee window, monthly payments are non-refundable. You can, however, cancel anytime — cancelling stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
